What is the meaning of my DIET ID?
Your Diet ID is a snapshot of how you currently eat, and it captures two components:
1). Your diet type, which represents your general eating pattern (e.g. Vegetarian, Mediterranean, etc.), and
2). Your diet quality, expressed as a score from 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest). The nutrient details associated with your Diet ID takes into account your ID as well as the personal data you enter.
How did you come up with my Diet ID score and analysis?
Your Diet ID score and analysis is based on the Healthy Eating Index 2015, the most widely used and scientifically validated diet scoring system available. We pair your Diet ID’s nutrient profile with your personal details to give you a personalized assessment.
What if there is something in the image that I don't eat?
That’s OK! The goal is to choose the image that is the best fit, but not necessarily the perfect match. If there is one item within the image that you don’t like or don’t eat, but the rest of the image represents how you eat, then you can still choose that image. You’ll have the opportunity to input your dietary restrictions afterward.
Can I choose the same image again?
Yes. You’ll need to choose the image multiple times in a row to make sure we have you narrowed down to the right image. When selecting images, you can see which image you chose previously by looking for the “Previous Choice” indicator at the top of the image.
How can I save my Diet ID and Diet Ideal?
You can tap on the ‘share’ icon in the top right corner of your dashboard and copy the link to your dashboard snapshot. You can email the link to yourself or anyone else who you want to receive your Diet ID and Diet Ideal report.
